Hey, there’s always a first time for everything. Even if you’ve never been to the gym before, don’t worry. I’m here to teach you the correct workout techniques, I’ll explain each exercise in detail and guide you step-by-step to achieve the results you want.
I’ve prepared a “total body” programme for you, which contains:
– 6 strength workouts in video format, with explanations for each exercise
– a healthy and balanced diet, consisting of 10 different menus (each menu will be repeated 3 days).
