This program is for you if you prefer to workout at home or if for some reason you can’t make it to the gym.
– The program includes 6 video workouts, each lasting 30-45 min.
– You get 10 balanced menus with healthy and easy-to-prepare recipes
– All you need is a mat and two 2kg or 3kg dumbbells (optional).
You’ll work several muscle groups: glutes, abs, thighs, back and arms.
